Radiant Floor Heating
 Walima Plumbing
installs and maintains the STADLER Floor Heating System. This Radiant Floor Heating system heats your
house from the floor up and lets you walk barefoot on wood and tile
floors, even on the coldest mornings. This heating system provides an even
feeling of toasty warmth and is extremely quiet and energy efficient.
The radiant floor heating system is installed under the floor surface
and continuously circulates warm water through the tubing, distributing
the heat evenly throughout the room. The floor becomes a big radiator with
much lower water temperatures compared to other heating systems. This
creates a heat distribution curve which is nearly ideal.
The continuous circulation concept regulates the temperature of water
flowing through the tubing. The floor delivers only the heat that is
required - not more, not less. This eliminates the on-off heat circulating
patterns present in intermittent systems. These systems run until the room
reaches temperature at which the system turns off allowing the room to
cool down, triggering the circulation pattern to recycle and once again
bring temperature up to preset levels.
This cycling pattern is also present in forced hot air systems where
one feels a warm blast of air, becomes overheated, and then, when the
system turns off, begins to feel a chill in the room.
With a STADLER radiant heating system, one is enveloped in warmth. No
more cold feet - warm face feeling. No cool spots in the room or drafty
areas. No more wasted energy because the hot air pockets at ceiling level
are eliminated.

Gas and Oil Fired Boilers
 We install and service Buderus boilers and hot
water heaters. Buderus is widely recognized as the world leader in hot
water heating technology with boilers made from special low-temperature
adapted, flexible and corrosion resistant cast iron sections. Special
sealing material provides a gas tight seal for operation.
The G115 boiler extracts and delivers more heat from every fuel dollar.

 Water Filtration and
Purification Systems
We carry and install Aqua-Pure Whole House dirt/rust filters.
These water filtration units clean the all of the water entering your house.
The Aqua-Pure filters:
- Provide clean fresh water to all faucets and appliances
- Filter impurities as small as a single grain of talcum powder
- Prevent stains on fixtures and clothing caused by dirt and rust in
water
- Extend the life of appliances, faucets and fixtures by filtering
abrasive dirt, rust and sand

Gas Fitting
 We
install gas lines for any gas appliances, including hot water heaters, gas
boilers and stoves. We can replace your leaky gas pipes or install a
new system in an existing building or new construction. We use the
advanced Wardflex system — a continuous,
flexible stainless steel gas piping system. Design certified by the American
Gas Association Laboratories and Canadian Gas Association for use in single
family, multi-family and light commercial construction, the Wardflex system
saves time and money because it eliminates the majority of connections
required to pipe a typical gas installation.
